rest. work. rest.
Rhythms of Grace
matthew 11:28-30 (MSG)

"Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion?
Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your life.
I'll show you how to take a real rest.
Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it.
Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.
I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.
Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly."

what #2 (Monday, January 9, 2012 / 8:46 PM)

my diet begins this week
i ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a nutella whole wheat sandwich for lunch, sweet potato and rice mixed in soup for dinner (small bowl).
healthy? i don't think so.. but that's my lazy solution to dieting

it's funny how God works. and it's a blessing how I see it as God working.

my classes are arranged this term that i have a 3 hour break around noon
i wake up early for breakfast and class at 9am (almost) every day,
lunch break enough time for me to go home and cook a proper meal
then class at 1 or 4pm.

I love to eat too much...
but in order for me to be content about my appearance, i need to balance what i eat (meat < veggies)
and breakfast > lunch > dinner.

God's giving me a break
