rest. work. rest.
Rhythms of Grace
matthew 11:28-30 (MSG)

"Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion?
Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your life.
I'll show you how to take a real rest.
Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it.
Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.
I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.
Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly."

beat #19 - jasmine (Thursday, November 8, 2012 / 11:26 AM)

i'm going crazy.

this past week in particular i feel the gradual encroachment of strain on my mind and body, and fired up emotions over things that i have been tolerating for so long.

is it a case of a lack of gratitude?
do i feel the world owes me something?

i am not looking for a "thank you"
i just want people to do what they said they will do.

how do i not snap?

well... on one hand, my professor just started playing "Rhythm of the falling rain" in class,
rain songs make me happy.

By God's grace i will pull through.

seriously.

jiayou ba. me.
jiayou.
